DEPOSITS

A £10 deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment with the remaining balance payable on the day. Please Note no appointment is confirmed without a deposit.

 

CANCELLATIONS

Please give 48 hours notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule. If the appointment is cancelled in less than 48 hours the deposit will be lost.

 

PARKING

For appointments you are welcome to park immediately outside the salon with on street parking, please note your vehicle is left your own risk.

LATENESS

If for any reason you are running late please let me know. If you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment may have to be cancelled and you will lose your deposit.
